STOP – Don’t rush. Pause before taking an important action.
CHECK – Verify the details. Check the Rx, frame, lens type, degree, R/L, etc.
CONFIRM – Make sure everything is correct. If required, get a second person to verify.
RECORD – Document it properly. Update FRONT, Karte or remarks as required.
Simple meaning “Stop before you act, check before you proceed, confirm before you complete, and record what you have done.”
